We had a wonderful, accomodating show round/visit. Westley Court catered to Dad's needs and the family's from the beginning, offering excellent advice and alternative for our initial difficulties. Dad settled very quickly, due to staff getting to know him quickly. All administration and registering
with GP was great and less than one week in, he is very happy, taken part in activities already and been out for a walk. Thank you very much.

The staff at Westley Court have done an amazing job during covid restrictions. When they were able to, they arranged outdoor visits. The staff are always friendly and have done their best to keep the activities going as best they can with all of the restrictions. It is good when they share what they
have been doing on facebook, especially when we can't visit due to lockdown.

Staff have listened to requests and acted swiftly to remedy the samples of concerns. Everyone is friendly and extremely caring. Mum is happy which is the most important thing.

What a great place! From the moment I first phoned to enquire about a place for my husband (now needing palliative care), the reassurance on every point from the Deputy Manager was outstanding!
His transfer from his temporary previous placement was seamless with his room made so welcoming with photos
and personal items already in place, and a carer being there to do anything needed.
My husband has settled into his new permanent home so quickly. The care and nursing staff are exceptional and this reflects the lead given by the lovely Manager, for whom nothing is too much trouble!
His quality of life has shown an amazing improvement and this is due to the wonderful care, coupled with a beautiful room and the lovely relationship he has already built during his first two weeks here!
An amazing place where I know my dear husband will be kept safe and happy!

My wife has been a resident for 18 months.
I find the home always welcoming to me.
My wife is disabled and not able to walk or stand.
She is well cared for, clean and tidily dressed.
She now suffers some dementia, the staff seem to be able to cope with this on odd days when she is somewhat difficult.
I
am grateful that she accepts the home well, even though she did live a very active life.

A warm, friendly and calm atmosphere awaits you at Westley Court. EVERY staff member is extremely professional, approachable and particularly ‘Person Centred'. Staff readily give detailed daily updates on my father’s progress. His considerable health and care needs are wholly met in a dignified and
compassionate way, befitting my father as a proud man. On an emergency admission to hospital, the Nurses’ professionalism and empathy to both my father and us went above and beyond duty. Additionally, the Emergency Department congratulated Westley Court on the thorough and detailed notes which accompanied him to the hospital. The ‘Open Door’ policy of the Manager is exactly that. You are encouraged to ask questions, give your own updates or just offload. There is a clear line of communication which is seamlessly imparted to the whole team. Our father has a good rapport with staff, is content and at ease; as a family, we do not feel sad when we leave as we know he is safe and well cared for.

My father in law moved into this nursing home on 13/11/18. He has been in other Nursing Homes but none of them compares to this one. The staff have been great to deal with and nothing is too much trouble. The accommodation feels like home, it is comfortable and relaxed. I would recommend this nursing
home to anyone looking for something a little bit nicer than the norm.

This was our second nursing home within the Wyre forest area, the first falling well short of any standards. I have both my parents at this care home and pretty much from day one everything has run smoothly from Care to Administration. The home is very flexible and has accommodated pretty much all our
needs. My parents seem as happy as they can be as a nursing home was not their aim in life. The food is good and plentiful. There are facilities for guests to prepare snacks and drinks when they are visiting.

Westley Court Nursing Home came to the rescue when our family had a crisis and desperately needed help! The welcoming and friendly staff made the experience as smooth and easy as it could be, for the whole family.


How comforting to find that at Westley Court there is a stable core group of staff

who really take the time to get to know the residents and their families. Smiles and friendly greetings are the norm, and the caring and professional attitude makes all the difference! Being able to get accurate health updates from staff who are there on a consistent basis was very reassuring and made a stressful time easier to deal with for us all.


The home is set in an area of beautiful countryside, with places to stroll around, as well as chairs for sitting outside to enjoy the sunshine and the pretty surroundings.


We are so grateful to have found a dedicated team of professionals offering a high standard of friendly care in a serene and comfortable environment.

Westley Court provided a much-needed lifeline to us when we needed it most. With very little notice, we were offered the standard of care that was critically needed and as well as individual attention and professionalism. It's rare to find somewhere that offers the right atmosphere and a dedicated team
of people who take their time to get to know the patients and their family which can make a difference in challenging times. Continuity in times of need becomes crucial and we found it helpful to see familiar faces and be able to communicate with a core team of carers on an ongoing basis. As a family, we were able to leave each evening knowing that appropriate care was provided leaving us with peace of mind in difficult circumstances and get some much-needed rest ourselves. The situation is perfect - lovely countryside surroundings which was uplifting and offered respite when times demanded it! All in all, a complete package offering good quality, friendly and attentive nursing care.

My father was in Westley Court care for almost 3 years and in that time, he was treated with the utmost care, love, support and dignity and us, as a family, were always made to feel we always had peace of mind, knowing he was being looked after, by such a wonderful time of brilliant staff, manager,
nurses, carers and all other members of the team too many to mention, but never to be forgotten.
Unfortunately, my father passed away in February 2017.


We are now in a position were my father-in-law needed to go in to care and Westley Court came to our rescue, once again, without any hesitation and made the procedure very easy for us.


In the 2 months he has been at Westley Court, he has received more attention and fantastic care by all the staff than he ever did in the 2 months he spent at the hospital, in Shropshire.


We as a family, have now had 2 family members cared for at Westley Court and have never once ever felt the need to complain.


We thoroughly recommend Westley Court

It was a very difficult decision, having to find a suitable care home for our father for his end of life care, but we felt that we made the right decision choosing Westley Court. The staff were very friendly and kind and attentive and our father always looked clean and comfortable. Unfortunately, Dad
was only there for just over 2 weeks in the end but at least he passed away peacefully and painlessly.

I can only say that Westley Court is an excellent nursing home and I am so lucky that my husband is being cared for there.
The staff are wonderful, kind, caring and very thorough.
They go the extra mile for their patients and the nursing home itself has a lovely atmosphere, is beautifully decorated
and the rooms are light, stylish and very comfortable.
I would only say that in my estimate this is certainly a five-star establishment.

The apartment is always clean, warm and tidy, with no clutter to fall over. The staff have always been obliging and helpful from management to the cleaners and door staff. Nothing seems to be too much trouble. Help always on hand when required.

From the inspection visit before my father arrived, the manager was welcoming and very professional. The room was wonderful, Dad loved his room on arrival. Every member of staff have been amazing and the home and grounds are brilliant.
