It was lovely speaking with you on Friday 19/10/2018, I am pleased to be able to offer reassurance in regards to flooring that Mum currently has laid in her room.
I believe that from our conversation that this was a general comment and you did not intend for this to be seen as a criticism.
During our conversation, we highlighted personal reasons that have led to the vinyl flooring being fitted in mum's room and I was able to offer reassurance the home is having new carpets fitted throughout not vinyl flooring.
