I have been very pleased with how my dad has settled in.
He seems well looked after and looks well.
He says he likes the staff and has put weight on since he has been here.

Excellent pre-admission with a good but sympathetic review and assessment of Dads condition. Excellent on admission with all documents up to date and care plan clearly explained.

Residents are very happy in Tudor House. My relative is kept very clean and well fed.


I feel the staff are very kind and extremely caring. The safety of residents is very important in Tudor House and I feel my relative is very settled.


The management has recently changed and this has made a big

difference to Tudor House, we can all see that she is doing an excellent job.

All aspects kind and considerate at all times they provide excellent standards to all residents.


Doors are always open to discuss things and if there are any problems, they are dealt with as soon as possible.
