Welcome to Treetops Court Care Home which is set in amongst pine woods and large landscaped gardens but conveniently located in the market town of Leek. The home provides high quality nursing and residential care for older people and care for those who are feeling the impact of dementia on their lives.

Resident care plans reflect all that an individual would want and need for their care to be delivered in the way they choose, with independence and dignity as prime considerations.

All care teams are dedicated to delivering the best of care to all residents and work closely with GPs and other clinical professionals from the local area to ensure that residents are well cared for. The team go above and beyond to ensure every resident is treated as an individual, which makes both living and working there a very special experience. Treetops Court Care Home offers the very best of care and environment for residential living.

Treetops Court Care Home believe that meals are a hugely important part of everyone’s day and the Chef and kitchen team work hard to ensure everyone’s individual tastes and needs are accommodated. Residents are involved in planning the menu, with all food being nutritionally balanced and dietary requirements accommodated.

Remaining active is a huge part of any individual’s well-being and at Treetops Court Care Home there are daily activities to suit everyone’s interests. Residents have the opportunity to attend group and hobby activity sessions, enjoy visits from outside entertainers as well as quieter, individual interests. There is also the opportunity to go out and about in the minibus to places of interest, the choice is yours! Along with a programme of activities for residents, a hairdresser visits the home salon weekly.

My Dad received nursing care at Treetops during the Covid-19 crisis. Obviously we were unable to visit him but the staff communicated well with us and he received excellent care.
Mum and I were impressed with the compassionate and patient nature of the staff at Treetops.

My father was moved to Treetops Nursing Home three weeks prior to his passing.
I am so grateful for the dignified way in which he was treated.
He felt an affinity with his carers, and even mentioned his appreciation of them in his last moments.
His stay at Treetops was relatively short, but all
of the family are most appreciative of the quality of care and the attention to detail that our father received.
In these difficult times, we were able to keep in touch via telephone with our father, and the staff were really accommodating.
They really could not do enough to make us all feel comfortable with the treatment he received during his final few weeks of life.

My Dad was at Treetops for palliative care before he passed away. The Nurse Manager and the team cared for him with respect and dignity in his last few days during the covid crisis. We were kept informed of any changes.

My uncle has been in the care of the wonderful staff at Treetops for only a short time after being placed with them for end of life care. He was treated with compassion, and his dignity was paramount at all times. The staff have a complete understanding of how devastating it is for families knowing
there loved one is not going to recover and treat families with the utmost respect.

My father was admitted to Treetops Court for Palliative Care in March 2020 and I cannot speak highly enough for the excellent care and courtesy provided to my Dad by the Clinical Lead and her team of staff. They were all superb and extremely obliging to my Dad and myself under very difficult circumstances
due to Covid 19. The home has a very welcoming feel about it, the food was of a very high standard, my Dads room was lovely and light, bright and always clean. I would have no hesitation in recommending this home, all areas of this facility were of a very high standard.

Visited at least once a week, parking seems to be the only problem I have.

Parking is sometimes a problem. Nice garden. Attractive reception area. Good housekeeping. Pleasant and helpful staff. My friend and other residents are clean and appear to be well cared for.

I found the establishment always clean and tidy, the staff were warm, friendly and caring. My father was with them for 3 weeks before he passed, and having been in several other care homes for respite, I have only one regret, and that is that I didn't find Treetops earlier.

My Nan is a resident at the care home. The staff are amazing and helpful, always make you feel welcome when you are visiting. They cater to my Nan's every need, knowing how much of a proud lady she once was before she got dementia, keeping her dignity and caring for her with great respect and love.

My mum is settled and calm, which to me indicates that she is in the right place and being treated well. She can often exhibit aggressive and awkward behaviour but the staff, who seem to know her well, are kind, firm and compassionate in dealing with her. They have a good sense of humour!
I cannot
say whether the management is better than good, but what I notice is that the staff are pleasant, smile a lot, have fun and seem to be a team. A lovely calm environment.

Staff are kind and friendly, they know the residents well and their needs. Residents are treated with respect. Staff work hard. The home seems to be short-staffed at times. Communication with family could be better at times.

I am impressed with the service my mother receives. I have rated all as good or excellent except for 'Value for Money' as I think for the cost, which is certainly not cheap, I would expect a very good service to my mother. That said, the staff, management and activities are of a very high standard.

Hello, my name is Sheila.


I am the Receptionist at Treetops Court Care Home. I have worked at Treetops Court Care Home since 2012. I am currently in the role of the receptionist but have previously worked as a Domestic, Activities Co-ordinator and have even helped out in the kitchen!


My role is very busy but also rewarding; I get to meet visitors and relatives and enjoy the interactions daily. I am also the first port of call for staff and am always happy to help as and when needed. We have a great team here at Tree Tops and I enjoy playing my part!
