Clement Court Care Home is purpose built which means it’s easy for the team to meet the needs of residents.

All bedrooms are a good size and there are plenty of communal areas for residents to enjoy time together or to find a space for some quiet time.

The home has 80 single rooms and three shared rooms, of which 59 have en-suite WC facilities. All rooms are a good size and the team encourage anyone moving to Clement Court Care Home to personalise their rooms with a little bit of home. This might be with photos, paintings, pictures or ornaments.

The care team are well trained and qualified to deliver the very best of care. With care plans tailored to each person, the individual needs of residents are highlighted and the support and care provided ensures that independence, choice and dignity are promoted at all times.

Daily life at Clement Court Care Home is enhanced by a ‘hidden gem’ of an enclosed garden, flowers, shrubs and raised beds. Many of the rooms overlook the garden and through the double doors from reception, the area is easily be accessed by residents and visitors and offers a really pleasant place for everyone to enjoy.

Meals are an important part of every day. At Clement Court Care Home, all meals are homely and nutritious and meet the individual needs of each resident. The Chef is extremely proud of the important part they play in each resident’s wellbeing. The Chef prides themselves on ensuring residents who have modified diets are served meals that look inviting.

Activities are an important part of life for everyone at Clement Court Care Home. For some it may be a gentle hand massage and for others it may be taking part in the Virtual Olympics. The talented Activities Co-ordinator ensures that the varied Activities Calendar meets the needs of all residents.

I find Clement Court Nursing Home well run, with very caring and happy staff. Mum enjoys the activities and different events that take place.

I had not been able to visit my friend since he moved into Clement Court. The previous time I had seen him, he had been anxious, unwell and had lost a lot of weight. I rang prior to visiting and spoke to a staff member. She was so helpful and on my arrival greeted me to talk through the visiting procedure.
I am not able to answer all of the questions below as I sat in the conservatory with my friend, so did not see all of the facilities. I must add it was a pleasure to see my friend looking so well, gaining weight, settled with no signs of anxiety and receiving good care.

From what my husband and I have seen in the last 2 months, we believe the care for my sister is very good. We have relatives in various homes but we think this home ticks all the boxes. The staff are very caring and helpful.

Staff always welcome and work hard. They are doing lots of work to make more activities for residents. Would be good to see more warm colours in furniture ie. curtains could do with replacement in residence rooms and bedding to make the rooms more warm and pleasant.

The staff at Clement Court are attentive and seem to do their best to attend to the need of the residents to the best of their ability. We visit most days and find it clean and tidy. Staff are friendly.
We would like to see a bit more interaction and communication between carers and residents. When
we visit and they are in the day room, they sit there with the TV on and most residents are not interested. We think it could be more productive for the residents to listen to music from their era.

Clothes don’t go back to the right person even when they have names in. The manager is nice and friendly. The deputy manager is nice and friendly. Could do with more staff downstairs and upstairs staff seem run off their feet. Thank you for looking after my mum.

Some lovely, caring staff in the home, however, communication with families let this home down massively, especially through Covid. As a daughter of a resident in Clement Court Care Home, I always find it's myself ringing to find out about the Covid updates and changes to visiting arrangements. When
other care homes were opening Clement Court remained closed to members of the family, it also seems rules for visiting are a ‘one size fits all’ instead of on an individual circumstances basis!
Hopefully now Covid restrictions ease, things may improve.

Excellent care given to my mum and keep me up to date on all aspects of her health and well-being. All the colleagues are well trained and show care at all times and fun activities and pamper times, i.e. hair and nails are great times my mum enjoys.

We as a family cannot in any way fault the care that they have given to my dad, was beyond belief, treated him with the utmost respect and dignity. All the staff treated us so well, fed us, kept giving us drinks and refreshments. Up to his last hours he was looked after, there is no words to say to
be honest of how they were as a team looking after us and most importantly my dad. There is a member of staff in housekeeping who went above and beyond to help with my dad, she deserves real recognition.

Care home seems well managed but due to Covid accessibility has been hard. Staff are good at accommodating visits out of regular hours. The home is clean with good facilities for residents. My father seems to have settled in well and I am happy that the home is meeting his needs.

I have been having weekly visits and I have felt very welcome and during Covid, when I could not visit, I would telephone the home and everyone was very helpful. My mum says she is happy and the staff are lovely. Nothing is too much trouble with the management and the staff.

Everyone is very polite and professional. I am always kept up to date on Mum. I do call often to check on Mum and if the nurse is busy they always call me back, nothing is ever too much trouble. Mum seems very happy and settled so thank you all. Have marked some below as only good as due to Covid I
have not witnessed or seen parts of the home/food.

My Father-in-law has been a resident at the care home for over 12 months now, he has settled in well. The staff are all amazing and really take time with all the residents; they have activities for all to do, watch movies, have sing songs the list goes on. I can highly recommend this nursing home it
fabulous, so pleased we found this for Dad and a massive thank you to all the staff for what they do.

Hello, my name's Annette. I am the Home Manager at Clement Court Care Home.


I have been working in care for 12 years, with experience in community care before joining a residential care setting. I worked as a Care Assistant before progressing to become a Care Home Assistant Practitioner (CHAP) and more recently joined the management team as Deputy Manager.


I am passionate about ensuring that our residents live happy and fulfilled lives, ensuring that their dignity is maintained at all times.

Hi, my name is Maxine. I am the Activities Coordinator at Clement Court Care Home.


I have been employed in various roles at Clement Court Care Home and have been the Activities Coordinator since 2020.


I am passionate about seeing our residents express their individuality and I have been instrumental in the creation of Clement Court Care Home's salon and bar.


I am also a qualified nail technician and love helping our residents to look and feel their best in the salon!
