We are sorry that this has been the experience of the service delivered at the home, we value the feedback received from any person involved in or having contact with the home and truly believe this enables continuous improvement. Although due to confidentiality we are unable to make specific comments regarding the needs of the lady, I can confirm that the Manager has made several enquiries regarding arrangements that would safely facilitate discharge back to the home and support the care needs of the lady. The Manager has also been in contact with the Lady’s daughter to discuss this.
