We have been digitising our activity reporting and are delighted that a significant amount of time has been saved, meaning the team can spend more quality time with residents doing things such as virtual tours to faraway places, armchair exercises, looking at local history, arts and crafts as well as competitive quizzes and games that residents love. The care and wellbeing of every resident is our number one priority and it is rewarding to have such positive feedback about how we are doing. Our team have worked tirelessly over the past 12 months to keep residents safe and cared for during the pandemic, so we apologise if communication has not been up to the standards you expect.
