My mum is happy and well cared for. I feel confident the staff can cope with all sorts of situations and will liaise with family when necessary.

Situated in pleasant and quiet surroundings. Access is good but secure. Very good ambience and atmosphere throughout. Staff are friendly, helpful and focussed. All residents are treated with respect and courtesy. There is a wide range of activities available for residents who are encouraged to participate.

I have visited my friend every week since she moved to Millfield early last summer. The staff are consistently professional, kind and friendly both to residents and visitors. The prevailing atmosphere is one of care, kindness and goodwill, reflecting the quality of the management team and staff. Working
12-hour shifts, it cannot be easy but I have never seen standards fall. I am also impressed by the fundraising efforts of the staff which enable a succession of events and outings.

My mother passed aways on December 1st but the care she received from the staff at Millfield was excellent both during her stay there (approx 3 years) and a the end of life. I was kept fully informed by the nurses which were very comforting. I would highly recommend Millfield.

From my initial enquiry regarding nursing care for my mother, we have been dealt with in a caring, informative, professional way giving us confidence and peace of mind in deciding to place mum at Millfield Nursing and Residential Home without exception all the staff are exceptional. The staff as a whole
are all very friendly and nurturing both to my mum and her family and are very pro-active in providing for her needs. We have been very impressed and reassured by everyone's attitude and the foresight applied in catering for mums nursing and caring needs.
