Our weekly fees are individual to each of our residents and are subject to a pre-admission assessment, which is required to understand the level of care and support needed. Our 2025 weekly care fees for residential care start from £1035 and for nursing care £1104, but may be in the region of 30% more*. This depends on your care needs and the type of bedroom that is right for you, from our standard rooms through to our premium bedroom options.
*If you require more specialist care such as 1-2-1 support, your weekly fee could be higher.

We're sorry to read of your concerns about belongings and skin care, and please be assured that we take them very seriously (we're aware the home manager is already in communication with you). Our team is committed to providing the highest level of care, and we work closely with local tissue viability experts to ensure that all residents receive the appropriate attention for their delicate skin. We will review our procedures to see where improvements can be made to prevent such incidents in the future. Regarding the issues with clothing, we apologise for any inconvenience this has caused; we are currently addressing changes in our laundry department to ensure that all personal belongings are handled and returned correctly.
