My mum came for 2 weeks respite and was very well looked after by all of the care staff. My mum can be a difficult character at times and finds it hard to relate to people. However, she kept on singing the praises of all of the staff and repeatedly told me how nice the staff were.
Also as a family
we were also made to feel welcome and the staff also allowed us to bring in our dog to visit which was much appreciated.
Thank you very much for looking after my mum so well.

The staff at the Royal Manor has been wonderful for our mum who has been there since December 23.
She looks well, clean, eating and sleeping better.
She enjoys the entertainment and we get weekly updates on how happy she looks so much better in herself.
She has her hair and nails done and is smiling
again.
When Mum was living on her own, she wasn't eating, washing, and she didn't interact at all.
Thank you to the whole team, for making Mum look happy and looked after, it's a wonderful feeling!

Dad came into the home as Covid hit, it isn't close to us but we didn't get a choice. We are very happy with the home and the care that is given to him, the staff know him now and how to deal with him.

We visit our nan every week and she is always happy. The staff are welcoming, friendly and always happy to answer any questions we have. Nan has made friends at Royal Manor. The facilities are up to date. The rooms are bright and clean. We are very happy with the care that Royal Manor provide.

Generally satisfied with visit, Mum seemed fairly comfortable.
Clean linen and room tidy. There was some cold drink for Mum but I couldn't get her to drink more than about 30ml.
Staff all helpful and friendly as usual, nice atmosphere in the care home.

I visited Mum today. I stayed over an hour and she was chatting all the time. She said she had been moved around a lot (she has been in and out of hospital since January), and when I told her she was staying with you now, she was pleased to be settled. Taking into account her physical frailty, she
was really bright. This is a result of the excellent care you are giving her, and I can't praise your Team enough.

My wife spent two weeks of respite care from the 10th of March to the 24th of March at the Royal Manor Nursing Home. It was a positive experience, and she had her own room. It was an important two weeks as she was well looked after, and a medical need was immediately dealt with. I would have no worries
about any future respite care as the standards are high and the level of care from staff and managers is excellent.

Her room is kept lovely and clean, the staff and the management are very helpful and go out of their way to make my mam

My Mum was in your care for 6years and loved every minute of it. She was more than happy with the staff and as Mum used to say they all belong to her. She was always clean and well dressed and loved the activities (especially Bingo)Meal times was something special for Mum because she loved her food,
there was a different choice every day. I was happy in the knowledge that Mum was getting the best of care.

A Happy environment for residents, especially since refurbishment, has been carried out. Staff are very caring and try to make my mum as happy and comfortable as possible. She is in one of the new rooms which is lovely and bright which is very important as she is "bed bound". Staff are always welcoming
when I come to visit and answer any questions or concerns I have about my mum.
