Thank you for your kind words in relation to our staff, and also for raising your concern with us. This allows us to drive forward improvements within the home. As discussed with yourselves there have been occasions where your family member was found to be in a less than satisfactory state. We have now put measures in place to prevent this from happening again.

“Kind care to me is being friendly, generous, considerate and kind-natured to Residents and their loved ones at all times.”
As a dedicated healthcare professional, Chipo has gained a wealth of experience in providing care to elderly people to help enrich their lives. She is a knowledgeable and committed leader who has progressed in her career to Home Manager level, after qualifying as a registered nurse in 2000.
Chipo closely shares HC-One’s vision in aiming to provide the kindest care for every Resident. She extends this caring approach to her Colleagues and works closely with them to deliver care and support to Residents in a way that means they gain the most benefit, in a warm and welcoming home.
When asked what she enjoyed most about her role, Chipo remarked: “I love seeing that our Residents are smiling, happy and content in a homely environment.”
Chipo credits her biggest achievement to beginning her career as an overseas nurse, before becoming a Home Manager at HC-One.
Outside of work, Chipo enjoys spending time with her family and friends as well as practising her faith.
