At Harley Grange we ensure to continuously review the staffing levels in the home and ensure to have the correct amount of staff for the number of Residents within the home, ensuring we can cater for all their dependency levels. All staff have regular supervisions and regular team meetings and the manager holds an open door policy for staff to come and discuss their concerns. The Home Manger endeavours to support all staff to ensure they are capable to work effectively in the home.

At Harley Grange we have a daily menu which has varied meals and meets diverse dietary needs if service users do not prefer what is on the menu this can be changed and as meals are home made on site, the chef is happy to cater for other choices and preferences on a daily basis. My sincere apologies that you feel food choices could be improved we will take on board your suggestion by working closely with my kitchen, residents and hospitality team to ensure food choices are improved, and ensure this is better communicated to all services users.

We are currently recruiting a new Activities Organiser and will introduce the successful candidate to all residents and relatives on commencement of employment. Also we will ensure the team during this time offer more engagement to your Father and other residents at the home.
