Thank you for your review and feedback. We appreciate it. We acknowledge that the call bells can be annoying at times, and we aim to respond to them as quickly as possible to minimise disruption. While we cannot fully avoid this, we will look into reducing the volume during the night if possible. We are also sorry to hear that you find the food to be a bit hit-and-miss. We have a system in place to record what food has been offered to residents and how much they have eaten. Your feedback is valuable to us, and we will review this further to improve our service.

Thank you for your review and we are really sorry for your experience you may have had. We have looked into the issue following your review and we understand this has been escalated during your visits and has already been dealt with. We take the quality of our care very seriously and we have fully trained and qualified nurses in the building 24/7 along with management teams available on call at all times. Upon reviewing the issue, we can see the evidence of all the necessary steps taken and the care is delivered appropriately in accordance with the residents' needs and based on the recommendations given by the multidisciplinary team. We understand these situations can be distressing and we are sorry again if you may have faced any inconvenience. Though we could not find any issues at this time, we have taken your comments to review our service again and improve further with any lessons learned. Thank you for your feedback again!
