Grosvenor House Care Home is located in the beautiful rural village of East Stockwith, Lincolnshire. The care home offers both nursing and personal care for up to 41 people.

The rooms at Grosvenor House are tastefully decorated, with;

It can provide care for people who live with dementia, physical disability and frailty. Grosvenor House also offers The Gold Standard Framework. This is the highest level of advanced and anticipatory care planning. This means that personal wishes are paramount in all of the care that they provide in the latter years of life.

Grosvenor House has been awarded the very prestigious National Standard an incredible 4 times. They are one of the very few care homes in England to have received this award so many times.

The Garden at Grosvenor House has a large patio area which runs along the entire length of the home to allow for plenty of space for outdoor entertaining and for the many family and social events they hold annually.
Grosvenor House has a designated Activities Co-ordinator and a Wellbeing, Engagement & Communication co-ordinator. They work in partnership to provide engaging, impactful and social activities for residents which reflect their interests and personal hobbies.

Healthy, nutritious meals are prepared daily with a variety of home-baked desserts on offer. Individual dietary requirements are catered for.

Grosvenor House has 4 communal areas, with one being a recently renovated Coffee Hub. It also has 2 bathrooms which boast hydro baths and appealing surroundings.

Moving my mother from another care home to Grosvenor House was the best move I could have made. Grosvenor is a welcoming, warm, clean and tidy home with carers and other staff who treat residents and visitors with the utmost respect. It's always a pleasure to visit mother and the staff. I would recommend
Grosvenor House to anyone; as they care for everyone's needs.

Carers do their best; they work hard, especially on who will do what's needed.
The food is prepared fresh every day and will cook what is needed - presentation is spot on.
The home is clean, and my mum's room is tailored to her.

My mother transferred from hospital to Grosvenor House on December 12th, leaving only a short time to settle in before Christmas. This would be her first Xmas away from family and we left her, after Christmas morning visit, with heavy hearts. However, she had a wonderful day and has since been happy
and comfortable and often tells us how kind and caring all the staff are to her. We visit at least once per week and find the staff very welcoming to us.

The end of life care that mum received was exemplary.
When she was in better health, we would have liked for her to be able to take part in a greater variety of activities.
However, the staff were always extremely helpful and pleasant, and we could not have asked for more.

A pleasant visit. Mum was happy, had just had a bath and her hair washed. The staff are always pleasant, friendly. The home has a lovely atmosphere.

I want to congratulate all staff at Grovesnor House for the outstanding care they gave to our sister
She was looked after extremely well, we often hear about bad things that happen in some care homes, but very rarely the good.
So we as a family want to thank you all from the bottom of our hearts for
the love and affection that you showed to her.
Cheese on toast at 2 o clock in the morning was no bother to you, anything she wanted was hers.
When she was on end of life care you upped the ante and looked after her family also with endless cups of tea, biscuits and sympathy.
All of the family are extremely grateful that she was in your care and sing your praises to everyone

Grosvenor House Care Home is a wonderfully run care home. The quality of life for your loved ones are first class. The staff and people who are in charge make things go smoothly, from the cleanliness to care, food and everything else. Everyone in the home always go that 'extra mile' to see that everything
is in order. When I leave my mother ofter a visit, I am pleased to say I know she will be well looked after and safe.

A lot of you may know me (or my voice) from our much-loved video calls, but haven’t met me in person yet!


My role at Grosvenor House is well-being, Engagement and Communication. This means that my focus is to help bridge the gap between us and you with the use of our video calls and social media pages and to work closely with our residents and our team to create impactful opportunities to promote their well-being.
