Holly Tree Lodge is a care home in the pretty award winning village of Scotton, Lincolnshire, which is within easy reach of Gainsborough and Scunthorpe. They offer a high standard of living and comfortable accommodation.

Qualified and experienced nurses and senior care workers are able to deliver a person-centred individualised care package, by knowing and understanding each person's specific needs and supporting their independence. Compassionate and dedicated carer workers are skilled in delivering a versatile range of personal care to people with medical and physical needs and also those with problems related to living with mild dementia. They are held in high regard by residents, families and medical professionals, which is demonstrated by written responses to Quality Assurance questionnaires. Staff ensure that residents receive a superior level of care and enjoy life in a strong community.

The Home offers pre bookable temporary respite care subject to availability; this may be of assistance to members of the community who are also carers to have a break.

The staff are friendly and approachable. At each visit, the staff inform me of my father's physical and emotional health. ie. if there has been any noticeable changes and allow time to discuss any queries or concerns I may have.

When I have visited I have noticed not many activities taking place with residents.
i.e. Crafts, music, entertainment etc.

Holly Tree Lodge provides a safe and caring environment for my father. The staff are extremely caring and friendly, nothing is too much trouble. My father feels safe, relaxed and very well cared for. The food is delicious too I would recommend Holly Tree Lodge to anyone looking for excellent care for
their relatives.

Loving, caring staff who go the extra mile to ensure all my father-in-law's needs are met. My mother-in-law recently passed away after living at Holly Tree Lodge for five years and we were really happy with her care. The support the management and staff have given me and my husband has also been amazing.

It is a clean and well maintained facility that have been following the Covid rules and I believe they have a good understanding of dementia. My mother appears well settled.

Holly Tree Lodge is set in beautiful rural surroundings in the village of Scotton. We felt it was important for Mum to be in a rural setting having lived in the countryside all her life.
The care given to Mum is second to none and has made the difficult decision to move into a care home much easier
for everyone. The room and facilities are excellent and I would have no hesitation in recommending Holly Tree Lodge.

My parents were welcomed into the home by everyone at was a very difficult time for both of them.
The staff provide them with excellent care and support and nothing is too much trouble, Mum especially loves it here and I have seen such an improvement in her demeanour which is all thanks to the care
and attention she gets.
I can rest easy, confident that my parents are in safe hands.

The staff at Holly Tree Lodge recently looked after my dad for a short time after his discharge from hospital, they were all extremely caring and professional towards him. They could not be faulted.

The care staff at Holly Tree have been approachable, proactive, and caring. The staff have listened to concerns when they have arisen, solutions discussed in partnership. Activities are well organized and cater to different abilities. Holly Tree is a friendly homely care home that aims to go above expectations.

Mum was a resident for 14 months. She was well cared for and happy at Holly Tree. The staff are amazing and mum even accepted with great fondness the care from the male carers as well as the female carers. Such kindness and empathy were shown. Would not hesitate to come back in the future should it
be necessary.

I cannot review this home any nicer or higher. The staff are extremely helpful and caring. Brilliant in all ways they look after us all, whether personally for Mom or informing us with any updates. They do activities and make time for everyone. Food is extremely good and a variety is always available
to whatever the resident's preference. Mother has been here for over six years and she wouldn't be here today if it wasn't for their excellent care.

Mum has been resident at Holly Tree Lodge for 1 year now and it's been reassuring to know that mum has been very well cared for throughout this pandemic. The staff display genuine care for the residents here and although visiting this year has been limited I couldn't have wished for Mum's care to be
better!
My recommendation is when need of a loved one to go into residential care/nursing care arises you wouldn't be disappointed in choosing the manager and her staff to care for them!

My mother has been at Holly Tree for a long time. In that time she has been very well cared for, over and above what I have seen at other care homes. I think that we have chosen the very best for our Mum and cannot fault any of the care that she gets.

Mum settled very quickly into Holly Tree Lodge. We felt she was safe and well cared for. Her room is lovely and was freshly decorated. From what I have seen, the food looked lovely. Mum is certainly well nourished. It is difficult to give a more thorough review due to covid-19 lockdown; I haven't been
allowed in for 9-months of Mum's 11-month stay.

My wife is a long term resident having been admitted with vascular dementia and now needs 24-hour nursing care. I cannot fault the dedication and professionalism of the manager and the staff. The carers are so helpful. Nothing is too much trouble and there is always a relaxed, cheerful and welcoming
atmosphere at the home. Care and compassion are shown by all on a daily basis. During the ongoing covid pandemic, the staff have adapted, kept us informed and gone above and beyond in very challenging circumstances. Many thanks to you all.

Sheree is not only a Deputy Manager but also a Registered Nurse and Clinical Lead for the home. She has been with Holly Tree Lodge for 11 years.
