"I have been working in care for 15 years and have been the home manager at Madeira House since May 2023.
My biggest personal achievement to date is completing my level 5 diploma in leadership for health and social care and children and young people's services.
Caring has always been my passion and I find it to be an incredibly rewarding experience to be a part of the Madeira House family.
We have a fantastic team here at Madeira House that is passionate about delivering outstanding care to all our residents.
I am looking forward to working with my team and ensuring that the residents here at Madeira receive the best experience and utmost person-centred care."
