Families and friends are encouraged to remain involved in the care of their loved ones and the home does not operate a ‘visiting hours’ restriction. You are more than welcome to come and join your loved one for meals, activities, or just a coffee and chat – all at any time. The team understand that everybody has busy lives. If your loved one has an appointment and you are unable to attend alongside them, arrangements can normally be made for a carer to escort them.

a) The Average Rating is 4.6 out of 5 from 4 Reviews in the last 24 months.
b) The score for the number of positive Reviews is 3.8 out of 5 from 4 positive Reviews in the last 24 months.
The maximum Review Score for a Care Home is 10, which is made up from the Average Rating of Reviews (maximum of 5 points) and the Number of Reviews (maximum of 5 points) in the last 24 months:
