As a family we are so happy our mother has gone to Claremont Parkway.
My mother has been at this home for nearly 3 years, she has been treated extremely well and we see the home as a safe, professional, and extremely caring environment.
All the staff from management down should be very profundity
of themselves.

My friend was diagnosed with terminal cancer he was given a couple of weeks to live he moved from hospital into Claremont on the 13 August 2021.
From the minute we arrived the staff were amazing the care he was given was outstanding from the cleaners, healthcare team, nursing team, reception staff
and even the cooks.
My mum was in Claremont for end of life care 5 years ago and couldn’t fault the care they gave her.
So when the hospital said my friend would be going there I was over the moon,
again you outdid yourselves care respect up to date information every single day would love to name everyone individual but you were all great. Thank you so much for all you did for my friend.

I visited Claremont Parkway and found the home very welcoming and safe, which is very important in these times. The team were friendly and offered greetings and smiles. The residents were enjoying activities in the lounge and there was lots of laughter and they seemed extremely contended. What a lovely

Claremont Parkway is one of the nicest care homes I have been to. Staff are so helpful and friendly, nothing is too much of a problem. Mother settled very quickly and loves the view of the garden from her room. The atmosphere is very good and staff are very attentive to individuals from what I have
seen. They treat residents with due care and attention and I am pleased Mother lives here... she loves it! Food is very good according to Mother and their menu does look amazing! We are looking forward to getting outside weather permitting.

Mum and I had a very enjoyable lunch with Dad today to celebrate Father’s Day. The staff were most attentive to all of the residents’ needs and the food was delicious. After such a difficult year, a huge thank you to all the staff who helped to make this event possible.

Anyone who is looking for a warm welcoming home from home residence for their loved one I would definitely recommend Claremont. My mum has been here for 4+ years and I can say I am very happy with all that has been done during this time and continues to be done. The team have done excellently during

The thing that stands out is the care, attention and support given to my husband. I see his response, which is always to smile and put his thumbs up. The feel of the home is friendly. There is always someone at hand to deal with any queries or concerns I might have. The manager always makes herself

The care my dying mother-in-law was given was incredible. Nothing was too much trouble for any of the staff. They even managed to deal with my very anxious father-in-law who was at times a real pest. The care here is the best in the county.

You looked after my dad until his death on 5th March 2020. He was only there for about six weeks but was cared for very well. Staff and management really helpful, and the nurses looked after him well.
Thank you all very much. The family are pleased that Dad missed the Covid-19 pandemic and is now

My first impression of Claremont was welcoming, clean and bright. I knew immediately it was a good place for my beloved Mum who had stomach cancer. During her time at Claremont before she sadly passed away, I found the staff to be wonderful and caring and felt me and my family were as much a priority
as Mum. In the short time she was there, a couple of months, Mum built up great relationships with her carers which also reassured us she was being well looked after. I would not hesitate in recommending Claremont Parkway.

We also make sure everyone has the bed and mattress they need according to their needs. And then I look forward to helping people begin the new day feeling as well as they can.
