I was well treated and cared for by everybody concerned with my welfare. I thoroughly enjoyed the entertainment provided and both carers who provided this worked extremely hard and were very caring to us all. The only concern I had was that's there was not enough staff to deal with a number of residents.

Here at Claremont Parkway, we take pride in providing a higher level of personalised care for all our residents and have in place a suitably qualified, competent and skilled team to meet people’s care and treatment needs. We monitor our staffing levels very closely and they remain under constant review depending upon the requirements of our residents. I have had a wonderful experience with caring, considerate staff who went out of their way to ensure my comfort. They were sympathetic to my needs and always had time for me.

Words cannot describe how wonderful this place is! From the top (management) right down the chain. My father was sent here by the hospital and has been a resident for a couple of months and has been treated with the greatest respect. He loves the place and cried when he was told he was going to rehab.
The activities are wonderful they do so much with the residents. I would like to say a heartfelt thanks to everyone. We will both miss you all

My father was sent from hospital. Overall the home was very good. It's a shame my father didn't enjoy his time with you, due to him missing home and his wife. There was nothing that the home or staff could do.

I found Claremont to be a lovely surprise, you hear so many horror stories and it was a concern to be going into a home, all be it for a short stay.
This home was clean, comfortable and with friendly professional staff, I had one or two issues but having voiced my opinion they were sorted out quickly.
I would like to add that the nurse was excellent and extremely helpful.
Thank you for getting me home.

Very nice place, the staff were very good. My room was very nice and kept clean at all times and bed made every day. Had lots of social events and activities to do. Would recommend Kettering Claremont as outstanding.

Having stayed for only 2 days it is difficult to judge some of the questions asked. However, from entering the home I was greeted with kindness. I have found the staff to be very professional. Safety is high on the list of care. Unfortunately, I have not had time to join in the activities provided.
My overall view can be summed up by the fact that I have always dreaded the thought of having to enter a care home - any short spell in Claremont Parkway has changed that.

Nice, friendly staff and always happy to help, although my Nan didn't get any breakfast one morning, she was only offered some when we said to staff about it at 11 am. She was having her lunch soon after and didn't feel hungry. However, they have nice rooms and my Nan has a view onto the garden. You
get a TV so they won't get bored. The family are welcome at any time of the day and you are able to take anything in for it to feel homely for the resident.

I was very concerned when transferred from the hospital to Claremont Parkway, I was pleasantly surprised. The home is light and airy in lovely grounds. The food is good and varied, catering for a vegetarian diet. All the staff are pleasant and helpful. There was various entertainment available if you
wished to participate. There are tea and coffee facilities available at all times for service users and their family. The home is easily accessible for visiting.

Claremont staff looked after my mother very well. She needed respite care having been in hospital for two weeks she wasn't able to return home and Claremont looked after her needs until she could move to another home. They encouraged her to eat and to participate in activities. The staff seemed to enjoy
working there and were really cheerful.

Staff absolutely amazing, feel as if they couldn't do enough for our mum. She was given lots of encouragement to join in all the activities offered. The family were made very welcome and could visit any time open door policy. They kept us in the loop at all times about mum's care.

Mum was brought here following a 5-week stay in the hospital. From the first day that she arrived, she has been treated with respect and compassion. Every member of staff we have encountered have all had a caring attitude. This was mums 1st experience of being cared for outside her home and we will
always be grateful that it has been so positive. The care she received has returned her sense of humour and fun that had been taken during her illness. She will miss the staff she has become so fond of.

With extensive experience across nursing, residential care, learning disabilities, mental health, and acquired brain injury services, I bring a comprehensive approach to resident care. I've also trained in reflexology and massage therapy to support the well-being of both residents and staff.

We also make sure everyone has the bed and mattress they need according to their needs. And then I look forward to helping people begin the new day feeling as well as they can. I joined the Claremont Parkway team in 2016.
