We are sorry that BS has not been happy with some of the aspects of care provided. Following a discussion with myself, the Home Manager, on 22th July 2016, BS felt that these were minor issues and that his Dad has been well looked after on the whole during his time at Claremont. He would be very happy for his father to return to Claremont Parkway and this is something that we will discuss further.

I believe it is important to support residents with their evening routines whether that is relaxing in their rooms or spending time with other residents. We also make sure everyone has the bed and mattress they need according to their needs. And then I look forward to helping people begin the new day feeling as well as they can.
