Thank you for the review and feedback regarding your father's care at our home. He does now appear to be more settled and we have managed to stabilise most of his medical and care needs - which as you know have been challenging and very unpredictable. He is now interacting more and he certainly is happy and contented with his room, the staff, and being at Symphony.

Thank you for completing a lovely review about our home and the staff. We can all see and understand the impact of the sudden changes in your dad's abilities due to his condition. What is also very obvious is the love, care and attention he receives from you and all his family every day. I believe that the improvements he has made since his admission to Symphony have not just been down to the care and support from the home, but also because of the devotion, encouragement and involvement from your mum and family. Thank you for completing a review of our home. We were all saddened by your friends passing because she had improved, was stable and was enjoying her time within the home. She liked many of the activities but was also very happy to just chat. We also know that she was very fond of her "adopted family" and all the support, love and friendship you and your family had provided over many years. I know that she would always wish us to thank you for all that you continued to do for her even when she became a resident in the home. We take comfort that she passed away peacefully at the home with her friends and those who knew her well and cared for her.
