Thank you for identifying that some areas look tired because of wear and tear and not because they are unclean. We make every effort to ensure the carpets are as well maintained as possible and these are vacuumed daily. Nevertheless, the carpets in the main entrance and corridors have been prioritised for renewal in the new year with some maintenance works being carried out to modernise and improve the tired areas.
