Willow Brook Care Home delivers Nursing and Residential care for adults in a well presented and friendly environment. Across the home there are 49 bedrooms, all offering en suite facilities, as well as great living areas including a dining room, lounge and a peaceful garden outside too.

As well as being highly experienced and undergoing regular training, above all the team are kind and welcoming, working hard to create a home that is inclusive and somewhere residents enjoy living. They also work hard to keep residents engaged and active. Whether that's through the planned activities, regular trips outside the home, or just looking forward to watching their favourite show on the TV, there is something to look forward to every day at Willow Brook.

I find the staff very friendly and helpful and on my visits whatever the time of day its always the same. I like that you can visit you loved ones whenever you like. There are no times that you are not allowed to visit. I find Willow Brook Care Home a very nice care home.

My brother was a resident at Willow Brook and obviously we went to see him on a regular basis. The staff were very good in all aspects of care and attention since his death. We still come to see the staff and we still are made to feel very welcome and still help at fundraising events. Wonderful and
pleasant atmosphere. 9/10.

Our aunt and uncle had to come into Willow Brook last year. Our uncle has sadly since passed away. Our aunt is still here. We as a family are very satisfied. Our relatives received very good care and attention. The staff are very good at their jobs and caring. They are sometimes a little short staffed
and overworked, but still manage a smile.

My mother moved into Willowbank nursing home in June 2015. The care shown is always excellent. Staff being friendly and professional at all times. My mothers room is very pleasant as it over looks an internal garden. I attend the resident family meetings held every 2-3 months and this provides am ideal
situation to hear the latest news and raise any points you may wish to. The manager is highly professional and always available if required. Well Done.

Mum was well cared for, particularly over Christmas while I could not visit much due to illness. The home took mum out for a Christmas meal and helped her to eat.
