I joined Barchester in 2019 as a bank nurse and worked as Deputy Manager and Clinical Lead for a year. I am now at Edingley Lodge as General Manager, responsible for running this beautiful home.

Hello, my name is Jo, I joined Edingley Lodge in March 2023. I began my career in care in 2007 in a care home as a carer which I really enjoyed making a difference to the residents that lived in care homes.
I then was given the opportunity to be enrolled in courses to complete my Level 2 & Level 3 in Health and Social care and progressing to senior care within the care setting. Linda is the Admin backbone of Edingley Lodge, She has got several years of experience in working as Admin. She joined Barchester in 2023.
She is responsible for ensuring all contracts are in place for the people we support and all the staff too. She is in charge of invoicing, payroll, purchases and takes great care of our numbers game in the home.
Linda has an open door policy and is most happy to speak with families, residents and staff that need support in the day. Linda is incredibly organised and a real team player and will always help out whenever she can.
