My grandfather has been living at Landermeads for a few months now and during that time we have been overwhelmed by the love and support that he and our family has received. Despite being poorly, he settled in quickly and is very happy, which is due to the wonderful care given to him. My family and
I look forward to our visits - seeing Grandad, the other 'family members' (residents) and staff, who are absolutely amazing. Not only are they all always extremely kind and friendly, they anticipate and respond to my grandfathers' needs brilliantly. Landermeads is a truly superb home, providing exceptional care and we cannot thank the whole team enough.

Our mum had a lovely last few months of her life in a much better environment than the home she moved from. From the outset of being shown around and being offered a freshly made cup of tea to her last day, the staff treated their family members as just that - family. Even the little touches of an angel
on her door and butterflies on her pillow after she had died. A homely, happy caring place to be. Thank you Landermeads for everything you did for our mum and for us as a family.
