One of the benefits of our home is the multiple individual houses, which each cater to different care needs. This means that if care needs change, we can facilitate a smooth internal transfer to the most appropriate house, which keeps the distress to our residents and their families to a minimum.

We have very high standards of care demonstrated by our generally positive feedback so any family concerns we take very seriously. Significant weight loss can sometimes happen with illness as has been the case for your Aunt but we are pleased to hear that your Aunt is now recovering and regaining weight. Job Title: Deputy Home Manager
I have over 37 years of experience in care which began from leaving school when I did a youth training scheme at an all-women’s care home in Chorley where I quickly progressed to Senior Carer. To widen my knowledge and progress my career, I took the role of Care Assistant at Mill View in 1992 when it was a Nursing home. Through the years, I have seen many changes to the home with different company take-overs and the home becoming dual registered for both Nursing & Residential Care.
I am very approachable as a manager and am always happy to help and support my team to deliver the best possible care.”
