Thank you for your review, we value all feedback as this helps us to improve our service where required. At Brookdale View Care Home, we aim to always provide the highest standards of care. We apologise you experienced some communication difficulties within the home, that the bed was on occasion not made until 11 am and the staff team were not prepared to support your sister when she was moving from us. We seek to maintain high levels of cleanliness and this aspect of our service will be monitored to ensure compliance. I appreciate the room your sister moved into was not the room you originally viewed at the time of enquiry however the original rooms viewed may sometimes differ to those available on the day of admission. If you would like to contact us directly to further discuss your concerns, we would be happy to support you.
