Thank you for your review. We are sorry that you were unhappy with the care your loved one received. The heating was broken early October for around 24 hours, however, the temperature was continually monitored and a full supply of blankets was available to all residents in the building who were affected. The Intermediate Care Unit where your loved one was being cared for is run by the local NHS and we believe your concerns have been addressed via their complaints procedure.

Thank you for your review. We are pleased that overall you are happy with the service and care provided at the home. We will speak to our housekeeping team to ensure items are returned to the named individual. With regards to access to the building the safety and security of the people we support is of paramount importance to us which sometimes results in a delay in accessing the building, particularly at weekends and evenings.

This is a place where residents are made to feel like they are in a family unit and are treated and cared for as family members.
