Ringway Mews Care Home is situated in the peaceful residential community of Sharston in Wythenshawe.

My mum moved here after her old home closed down. I have been really pleased with how well she has settled. The staff are all friendly and seem genuinely caring. Always very well-staffed.
The home itself is a little tired looking and could do with some general maintenance.
Overall, I feel my mum
is safe and well looked after here.

I cannot thank the staff at Ringway Mews enough for the care that is given to my mother. She is treated with care and respect at all times, is always well dressed and clean and any challenging times are handled with compassion. Both my father and I are always greeted by kind and smiling faces and are

I am writing this review to thank all the wonderful staff in Anson House. My dear mum was a resident for 15 months prior to her death on 15.1.2023. She could not have received better care anywhere. The staff are compassionate and caring. Nothing is too much trouble. She was treated with the greatest
kindness and respect until her final day. I will never forget them.

I'm so glad that my mum chose to live at Ringway Mews when she found it hard living by herself, she is treated with dignity, care and respect by all members of the staff.
In the year she has lived there, her confidence as grown and she calls Ringway Mews her home. She has privacy, but also if the mood
takes her there is also someone to chat with whether staff or another resident.
If you're worried about a relative coming to stay for a while or to live here, please don't. It's an awesome place!

All the staff are attentive and are kind and caring to our dad. His communication is limited and his mobility is very poor so he is unable to engage in any facilities. Now after covid things are getting more normal again and we would like to take dad outside in the fresh air. He hasn't been outside
for over two years.

My brother is receiving excellent care. He is well nourished, always clean and although his dementia is advanced he is included in the life of the unit and always treated with dignity and respect. Medical care is excellent. He has improved physically while being here. The staff obviously like him and
take the trouble to interact with him. Very good value for money. Strongly recommend.

I find this home very caring not just for the residents but their families and they are very understanding. All the staff are friendly and very very caring. They have a lot of activities and try and include all the residents. My mother isn't the easiest to deal with and she can show very aggressive
behaviour at times, but they always find a way to distract her.

The staff on the Shackleton Unit are amazing with my mum, so caring and lovely to her. I couldn't thank them all enough. When I ring in, as well, they are so kind and accommodating regarding visits which have meant such a lot to me. Thank you for your hard work and kindness.

Always find the staff helpful. The last few visits, the room has been dirty, but I understand there's a staff shortage. Overall, I am happy with my mum's care. I feel that she is safe and well looked after.

I find all the care staff very friendly and helpful. I am also pleased to see that activities seem to have been reinstated. A great effort was made for the Platinum Jubilee and residents seem to enjoy it.

Lancaster House have been taking excellent care of my mum for 14 months now, all the staff are friendly and helpful and Mum is so happy there. She is always clean and tidy and is given plenty of food and drinks! It gives me great peace of mind to know she is being cared for.

My aunt has been resident here for a couple of months now, the staff are absolutely amazing with her and us. She is so well looked after and treated with lots of kindness and respect. The staff are always so cheerful and helpful and nothing is too much trouble. There are so many personal touches and
even though my aunt is bedbound she is still included, such as putting paper poppies on all the resident's doors for remembrance month, such a nice touch. It is comforting to know that she is so well looked after by caring people.

I've been very impressed with Ringway Mews (Lancaster House) as the staff have kept me informed about my mum's health and wellbeing. Throughout COVID they have sent me photo's and videos of my mum. I have done window visits and hub visits when allowed and my mum always looked clean and well-groomed.
All the staff have been friendly and make me feel comfortable. Would certainly recommend this home.

My aunt is a resident in Lancaster House. It’s been hard with the pandemic but the staff have encouraged face time and safe window visits.
Aunty is so well looked after with the support of the fantastic staff.
It’s great to be having visits in the newly erected pod.

I have been here at Ringway Mews for close to 12 years, supporting many residents over this time.


I have a lovely daughter who has a fierce love for life.
I enjoy travelling the world with my nearest and dearest.


Heather joined Ringway Mews as Home Manager because she shares Springcare’s vision of aiming to provide the kindest care for each and every resident. She extends this caring approach to her colleagues and works closely with them to deliver care and support to Residents in a way that they gain the most benefit, in a warm and welcoming home

I've worked in Ringway Mews for nearly 6 years now, originally starting as a care assistant, working my way through to nursing assistant then to Care Manager for Ringway Mews.


I work here because I love being able to provide the support and care any resident needs and also learning on the job all the time, I love being the relationship maintainer between families and us at Ringway as every family has a different experience with the social care system and I enjoy being able to discuss and support.
