The staff here think of the residents as their second family and it means a lot especially currently when we have all been through the hardest two years of our lives. I have worked at Langfield Care Home since September 2003, I started my career as a care assistant and worked my way up the career ladder to Home Manager. Langfield is a great place to work and the staff team are amazing.
