Thank you for your review, we value all feedback as this helps us to improve our service where required. We are sorry you feel there is no structure below management. The home is supported by nurses and senior care assistants on every shift on every unit, and care staff and housekeeping colleagues are allocated daily. I have managed Pendleton Court for the past couple of months and I enjoy and encourage your visits as does the staff team. We also value your input and welcome your ideas on where we can improve the home and we are thankful you recognise the improvements we have already made. I would like you to continue your visits and I am happy to speak with you about these matters. Home Manager at Pendleton Court, Salford
What does ‘kindness’ mean to you?
“Kindness should come naturally as we all must have kindness in our hearts to work in health and social care. Kindness is also ensuring that everyone is treated as human beings, with dignity and respect.”
As a Registered Nurse, Anoj has gained a wealth of experience in providing care and nursing support to elderly people, to enrich their lives. He is a knowledgeable and dedicated leader who is passionate about delivering the highest standards of care and quality of life for Residents.
Having chosen to work in the care sector to bring a positive change in people’s lives, Anoj closely shares HC-One’s vision in aiming to provide the kindest care for each and every Resident. He extends this caring approach to his colleagues and works closely with them to deliver care and support to residents in a way that they gain the most benefit, in a warm and welcoming home.
When asked what he enjoys most about his role, Anoj remarked:
“Managing all aspects of the day-to-day running of the care home to ensure people who live and work there are happy, and that high-quality care is provided to all.”
Anoj has also achieved much outside of work, with his proudest achievement being helping to run a retirement home in India, providing them with financial support and advice.
Outside of work, Anoj enjoys spending time with his family, travelling and football.
