The Brookfield staff looked after my Mum for the last 9 months of her life. The level of care was excellent but the thing that impressed me most was the way they made my Mum feel part of an extended family at the home. Myself, my Dad and any other family and friends visiting were treated in the same
warm, welcoming way. Although it was a very sad and difficult period for us, we still managed to have some laughs, fun and quality time with Mum and we could always leave safe in the knowledge that she was in good hands, getting the love and dignified care she deserved.
