My Father-in-law was recently admitted to Ashton View Care Home. The staff are caring, supportive, and reassuring. Nothing is too much trouble and have made him very welcome. He is the happiest he's been in a long while and loves it.

Dad hasn't been in long, but he's as happy as I've seen him in a long time, and in his words "Absolutely loves it!". I honestly can't fault the care given to him, the staff are absolutely wonderful - It's a massive relief knowing he's somewhere that he's being very well cared for.

My husband has been in Ashton View for just over two years due to his dementia, I have to say he is well looked after he is happy there, nothing is too much trouble for the staff if I need any help or am concerned about anything, the staff are always on hand to help me, I am always kept informed by
the unit manager regarding any changes in my husbands care, she is always ready to help with any problems she is well-liked by the residents and relatives.
I am looking forward to the changes that Dovehaven have said they want to do regarding air conditioning and refurbishment.

I was really worried about my husband going into a care home its a big step. He has settled in Ashton View after a few blips with him. The staff are really good with him and I don't worry so much now I know he is safe and being looked after well. I am glad we chose Ashton View. He has dementia.

My dad sadly passed away whilst staying at Ashton View. The staff showed compassion and respect which as a family we will always be grateful for. During Dad's staff the team went above and beyond especially two members of staff in particular they are angels. Please don't be put off by the building the
staff are truly amazing and will look after your relative like one of their own.

Staff are very polite/professional and are always on hand to help. We (the whole family) have been made to feel very welcome at Ashton View although we were very sceptical due to previous poor Care home experiences, Ashton Care home is a breath of fresh air and I put this down to the Management and
staff.. With the medical condition of my dad and the time needed for his care, the team are fantastic. We appreciate the time/effort and care the Ashton View Team put in.

I came in for an assessment. I am very well looked after, the care is excellent. It's a lovely place, I am now wanting to stay permanently.
I have problems with a catheter but the nurses always attend to me very well when needed. I would recommend this home to anyone.

Ashton View Care Home has provided consistent, high-quality care to my dad which remains consistent with his changing care needs. The home and staff are welcoming and keep me involved and informed of my father's needs and care. He has been accommodated for seven years and is settled and comfortable

Since my mum moved into Ashton View she has received the best care and treatment. The staff are all friendly and devoted to their job, they make you feel welcome when you visit and as long as I can I will continue to support them with donations for raffles and fundraising. They are a credit to your
company.

My nan was moved here after a hospital stay following being diagnosed with dementia. I cannot fault the care my nan has received, especially from two staff members. We can’t thank you as a family enough for all of your help in helping my nan transition so easily into the care home. It makes things easier

My husband has been in Ashton View now for Approx ten months now. During his time in the nursing home, he has been treated with the upmost respect and compassion by all members of staff. My husband's designated nurse and key worker in my view go above and beyond. They also make me feel at ease if I
have had a bad visit. Last month my husband didn’t look well at all however thanks again to the team at Ashton View there are glimpses of my husband again he had us smiling today playing my grandson's little guitar.

My mum moved to this home on 2/3/2023 and she settled in straight away. The staff made her feel welcome from the first minute she got there. The food is much better than her previous home she was in and so is the entertainment. After only being there for three days, they took her to watch her favourite
football team, she was buzzing. They are taking such care of my mum, I can't recommend the home highly enough, she loves it.

My niece has been in Ashton View Care Home for 2 years. I and my brother in law cannot speak too highly of the care and attention she has received. I can give you my opinion of Ashton View in one word - wonderful.
The home is run by friendly people who are dedicated, from the management to the ladies who do the cleaning.
In the three years my daughter has been there, I have never doubted that I made the right choice in choosing Ashton View.

Staff are amazing, care and help for my husband is above and beyond. Because of my ongoing health problems, I am no longer able to care for my husband.
On Christmas Day one of the girls came for me, they gave me lunch and brought me back home.
They are fantastic.
