Job Title: Home Manager at Shawcross Care Home, Wigan
Anoj has worked in the Health and Social Care Sector for over 20 years. He loves being able to make positive changes in his residents’ lives. He has a Level 4 NVQ in General Nursing and Psychiatry, a Registered Manager’s Award and a qualification in Mentorship Training. He spent 10 years working in a Psychiatric Hospital before changing his career path to caring for the elderly. As Home Manager, Anoj loves utilising his leadership skills by being a supportive role model for his team, to build their confidence, self-worth and drive.
