We take all concerns and complaints seriously and are committed to providing the best care for our residents. We are, however, really sorry that you feel this way. This is not the experience or feedback reviews of the vast majority of our residents and their families. We are confident that Hillside is a caring place with compassionate and professional staff. We are aware of improvements to the environment that are needed, and our dedicated maintenance operatives are working hard to refurb areas of the home. It is, however, always very disappointing when a relationship with a family breaks down. I do hope your Mum will be happy in her new surroundings.
