Thank you for the feedback. The pads are supplied through the local authority and we will always endeavour to anticipate any shortages and order ahead if necessary. Apologies if some furniture was slow in being replaced. We hope that replacement furniture should be available in a timely manner once ordered in future as the transfer to our new owners has now been completed and systems in place to minimise supplier delays.

Thank you for your feedback. We review our staffing levels regularly and this includes senior management reviewing on a weekly basis. When setting levels we always take into consideration the number of residents living on a unit at that time and dependency levels and needs of the individuals living on that unit. Our staffing levels are able to flex accordingly. The views of staff are also taken into consideration when reviewing dependency levels and we will also take into consideration your views during the next review. We also supplement our staff team by having additional support staff such as Activities assistants on duty.

Thank you for the kind comments. We review our staffing levels on a regular basis and these are also monitored by senior management. Staffing levels take into consideration the residents currently living on a particular unit and we review dependency, occupancy levels and specific needs of individual residents when staffing levels are determined. It is never our intention to operate short staffed. If ever we experience staff calling in sick at short notice, where possible we replace with our own staff, but on occasions it may be necessary to use agency staff and we may have needed to wait for them to arrive, but this is only ever after opportunities to staff with our own staff have been exhausted. We are happy to report that HC-One have supportive HR and recruitment teams to help us to support our team and to recruit new team members.
