Eccleston Court, which is situated in the leafy area of Eccleston in St Helens, Merseyside, provides specialist nursing care for to older people and people living with dementia.

Eccleston Court has two households, both on the same site, Eccleston Court and Haydock Suite. Both households have wonderful spaces to relax in and enjoy company, including an activities room, hairdressing area, large lounge areas and dining rooms as well as some quite areas for residents to relax with family and friends.

Eccleston Court has a accessible garden for residents to enjoy relaxation and outdoor activities. The home is also adjacent to a lovely park and gardens – very popular for gentle walks.

All bedrooms are for single occupancy and are comfortable and spacious with en-suite facilities.

Haydock Suite has a stunning St Helens RFC area, which was opened by Saints legends Paul Sculthope and Eddie Cunningham. It also has rooms celebrating seaside memories, local history and family life. Eccleston Court also has some quiet themed areas, including one dedicated to music.

All staff receive specialist training and mentoring and really get to know the residents, spending time understanding their life story and the things that are important to them. Every resident has a named key worker who helps develop their own personalised care plans.

Nutritious meals are cooked on site and cater towards service user preferences and any dietary requirements.

My mum come to Eccleston court, mum needs full nursing end of life care , the home welcomed us with open arms very friendly caring and brilliant bed side manor. Staff are very professional and reassuring that is all we needed to no mum was in safe hands. The Home is spotless and lovely rooms. Would

My dad was a resident at Eccleston Court, although only for a short period before he passed away, the care that he received was exceptional. The carers and management always gave priority to dad's comfort and requirements. To get to the rooms you must pass through the residence lounge, the other residents
always looked happy, content and safe.

I cannot thank all of the staff at Eccleston Court for the care they have given my aunt over the last 12 months. They form a real family bond with the residents, and the medical attention they gave her was outstanding. She was treated with dignity and respect, and the family was always involved with,

My mum was at Eccleston Court for approximately 18 months, during this time my she was given a high level of dignity and respect whilst she was being cared for. She was always washed as well as wearing clean nighties and clothes when I went to visit, even on days when I was not expected. From when you
entered reception and right up to management, the staff made you feel very welcome. There was a real family feel to the home. Any concerns were dealt with quickly, but I didn't have many during the time my mum was a resident there. During my mum's last week, I couldn't have asked for any more support from the staff. They gave us privacy to spend time with her but regularly checked in on us both. Mum was thoroughly cared for during that time and I can't thank them enough for what they did for us both.

We were very welcomed on the first day and shown around the home. It is well-presented and kept very clean and tidy at all times which is a credit to all staff. Everyone, from reception to management, is very friendly, helpful and professional at all times.

From the moment we entered the building we were treated tremendously well. Every member of staff was friendly and helpful. Pictures were put up in minutes, laundry, questions sorted, medical requirements discussed promptly and food choices superb. They wanted to know all about mum so they could help
with all her needs. Absolutely first class in every detail!

My mum is very well looked after in Eccleston Court. She is happy and feels safe. She enjoys the food. The staff are always friendly, cheerful and caring even though they are very busy. Managers know what is happening with staff and residents and liaise well with relatives. There is generally a pleasant

I was very nervous about our Queen becoming a resident at Ecclestone Court Care Home. However, the staff helped her to settle in quickly and she soon made friends with the other residents. It was so nice to see her happy and content. All the staff are just amazing they really do care about the residents.
I love that they have daily activities which make life fun. The staff get to know the residents. The food is first class. It's more like a health spa with nursing care thrown in. These people are totally dedicated, they meet every aspect of your loved ones' needs from health to emotional. Hand on heart it's the best place an elderly person or dementia person could be. I had a loved one already a resident and I was that impressed I recommend this little bit of heaven to another family member. So I had two family members as residents. I can not put into words just how good these people are at their jobs, every single member of staff is approachable friendly and always ready to help. First class.

Our dad has been in Eccleston Court since 2014, at that time and for a good many years it excelled in giving him the best company and care he needed at that time. More notably since 2018, things have gone from bad to worse and in 2020 and 2021 we have had to raise concerns. The home is very poor standard
at this stage.
