I am sorry that you are not happy with the service you feel has been provided and would like to be given the opportunity to address these issues further by corresponding with you directly. I have sent a letter of invitation to come in and meet with me as the Home Manager and look forward to being able to resolve the issues raised here. As of the date of publication of this review, we have not received a response in regards to arranging a meeting.

I just want to compliment the staff on the amazing work they have done during the last few months of her life. They have cared, supported and most importantly
On arrival at the home to collect her stuff, the nurses and care assistance all came over one by one to offer their sympathy and to share stories and memories of my grandma.
If you could pass on my words to the entire staff team at Ash Croft it would be highly appreciated.
