I can not fault Hollymere House Care Home. The staff are outstanding. Everyone is kind and caring and can't do enough for you. My mother has never looked so well. Always there is a wonderful welcome every time I visit. The staff have become more like family to myself and my mum. I would recommend Hollymere
to anybody.

My father came to Hollymere House last April (2021). I could not be more delighted with Hollymere and all the staff on the high standard of care that my father has received. As a family member, they have been amazing keeping me up to date with all of my father's care etc. Nothing is too much trouble
and I would highly recommend Hollymere - 5 stars!

They looked after my terminally ill brother wonderfully well. They always made sure he was comfortable and that he felt cared for in a welcoming, friendly atmosphere. They also made me welcome when visiting even in these difficult Covid-19 times. I was always kept fully informed and they answered my
questions honestly and openly. Very caring staff in a very caring environment. Thank you, everyone.

Absolute fantastic service, I can't fault anything, I will be forever grateful to everyone who looked after my grandad. The fact we could still visit him at any time was peace of mind for the family and the staff were so welcoming and gave us privacy when needed. They made him so comfortable towards
the end, which is a comfort to us at this hard time.

My husband has been receiving excellent end of life care at Hollymere House since January 2018. His long survival speaks for itself!
The only drawback is the number of carers who do not efficiently speak or understand English. But they have all worked heroically during the pandemic.

Grandma was moved here during the Covid pandemic from a different home, and the staff have gone out of their way to make her feel welcome and the family welcome. The social distance visiting they have set up is fantastic and a huge benefit to all. The staff are so kind and friendly; it is lovely to
see.
The VE day party was enjoyed by Grandma and a lovely thing to do.

The love, care and respect given to my mother-in-law, especially during her last days after arriving back from the hospital, (although most of the time she was unresponsive) was second to none and for which we will be forever grateful. In my own view, although the place was clean and well kept, it is
the care staff that make Hollymere the loving, caring and respectful place it is. My mother-in-law, who always had high standards, was happy in Hollymere. She had Alzheimer's.

Excellent care was given by both the manager and his team during a very difficult time. Hollymere care home staff went above and beyond expectations in supporting my family, in fact, I cannot thank them enough for their empathy and professionalism.

My comments refer mainly to the nurse who is caring for my father. It is a genuine comfort to my mother and myself that such a lovely, caring and professional person is looking after my father. We know that when we are not there with him that his medical needs are being met and also that he has confidence
in his nurse.

I have visited Hollymere House on several occasions. I found that the said resident was well cared for. I must commend his care nurse for her assiduous attention, her non-verbal communication was exemplary as were her caring skills. I should also state that there was no unpleasant odour in this home
as I have found in other homes during my medical career.

Excellent manager and staff are very helpful and informative.
All the staff are tuned into the individual residents and my mum has not been looked after so well as she has in her 6-month stay at Hollymere for years, Well done and a big thank you to the manager and all the staff.
