Thankyou for taking the time to review our service. We are glad the issues have been resolved in regards to the continence products. As you are aware continence products are prescribed on an individual basis and when this needed reviewing, when needs change, there was a significant delay in getting a new prescription of products. Additional products were purchased by the home in the meantime.
There is an ongoing refurbishment programme of the home, including the garden and grounds.
If you have any concerns please do not hesitate to speak to our management team, we have an open door policy

Thank you for taking the time to review our service. We welcome any feedback that we can use to improve our service. We have noticed that you mainly visit at mealtimes, and therefore miss out on the activities that take place during the day. We have an extensive activity programme, including exercise classes which most service users enjoy taking part in. Mental stimulation is very important and we endeavour to provide this to our service users on a daily basis. If you would like to speak with our very dedicated activity coordinator, you are very welcome. We are always looking at ensuring our service continues to develop and appreciate any suggestions.
