It is lovely to hear that your mum has settled so well and that even though you are not yet able to visit inside, you have noticed that the staff visit her in her room to ensure she is safe and has everything she needs. We have had a number of new key people in the home; General Manager, Deputy Manager and Head Chef and all appear to have had a very positive impact on the home.
