Situated on the Cheshire border near Audlem and within easy reach of Market Drayton and Nantwich, Corbrook Park Nursing Home is an elegant country house providing personal, sensitive nursing care.

The home provides a range of care for the elderly frail including post-operative convalescence care, disability and palliative care.

Their bespoke Morris Care Cedar Philosophy was pioneered in their specialist wing for those living with dementia, known as Cedar Court. Here, therapeutic approach offers a better quality of life where residents are part of an accepting community, more personal choice and the ability to live to their individual timescales, to encourage greater engagement, as well as calmness and contentedness.

In addition to specialist care, residents at Corbrook Park benefit from the Homes 11 acres of grounds. The Homes comfortable lounges offer views of Corbrook’s beautiful landscaped gardens and regular walks are encouraged around the gardens.

The location and general set up is excellent and the grounds are very relaxing. Housekeeping leaves a little to be desired and rooms/facilities are not always serviced. Food is good and well cooked, but can be short on portion size. In Cedar, patients/next of kin requirements are not always followed
through. Staff are excellent throughout - friendly, caring and courteous. Beds are not the most comfortable however and mattresses need examination.

I thought the outstanding thing about the home was the service of the staff, without exception they were all helpful, kind and nothing was too much trouble. They were lovely, they helped me a lot.

Extremely professionally run. Staff excel their help. Staff show understanding for your needs. Staff always listen to what you say. Try to assist if they can if not will get another member who can and the food is extremely good, tasty and healthy. For the safety of the patients, a member of staff always
goes to escort the patient for their safety. The room, en suite toilet, litter bin, bed etc was kept very clean and tidy.

I find that since my wife became a resident in 2015 that everything possible has been seen to be done. That makes her life as smooth and caring as possible. My wife was very poorly when admitted but thanks to all at Cedar Court has been looked after very well. It means a lot to me. Every time I go to
see her the people in charge are brilliant. It would be nice if someone was on reception all the time and that the key pads could all be the same code. Christmas lunch at £25 was pricey!

I have worked in the care industry for 17 years and have been a registered nurse for 14 of those.
