I completed my general nursing and midwifery in 1995 in India. Started my nursing career and worked in super speciality hospitals in medical and surgical wards till 2004.
After moving to the UK, I worked as a staff nurse at Macclesfield General Hospital for 6 years and in different healthcare settings as a nurse.
I joined Kingsley Healthcare in 2019 and held roles as Clinical Lead, Deputy Manager and now Home Manager as of 2022.
I am compassionate, dedicated, caring, and supportive to the residents, family and staff and a good team player.
Job Title: Deputy Manager
I qualified as a Mental Health Nurse in 2012 having had a previous career in pub management. My motivation to train as a nurse was always to work with a care home setting.
During my training and when I first qualified I worked in many different setting but my heart always lay with working with older adults. So for the past 11 years I have been working in various Care homes developing my nursing skills and working my way up to Clinical Lead and Deputy Manager. I joined Sharston House in November 2024 as Deputy Manager.
I have an absolute passion for providing the very best care and support for all our residents, treating everyone as an individual and tailoring care and support to suit their preferences and needs. Wellbeing is a big passion of mine and I ensure our residents wellbeing is taken in account at all times.
Now that my children have grown up I like to travel when I’m off. I also like to crochet and make twiddle items and blankets for people living with dementia.
Job Title: Hospitality Manager
I have 34 years of experience within the Hospitality Industry, working for companies such as Chef & Brewer and Whitbread as well as owning our own restaurant in Spain for over 10 years. I am a passionate Hospitality Manager striving to ensure we deliver exceptional service and standards at all times to enable our residents to feel at home in the beautiful Cheshire setting we are so lucky to be surrounded by.
Outside of work, I am Nana a beautiful little girl and I am a keen Interior Designer as well as a huge Elvis fan!

Kate has worked as an Administrator for over 10 years and has a wealth of experience in the role.
Kate has previously worked in Administrator roles in Hong Kong and, although she has never worked in the care sector before she is loving the challenge of such a busy positive.
She likes working with all the friendly team at Sharston House and enjoys meeting and chatting with residents and their relatives.
In her spare time Kate enjoys running, travelling and meeting new people

Douglas has been a chef at Sharston House for the past four years.
He completed his chef apprenticeship with the Hilton Group and worked at several of their hotels across the globe. He was also the executive chef at the Sea World resort in Australia. Douglas enjoys chatting with the residents and takes pride in providing them with five-star quality meals.

With over 20 years of experience in media planning, digital strategy, and brand communications across the Middle East and Sri Lanka, I have refined my skills in audience engagement, event curation, and personalized experiences. My expertise lies in designing meaningful and enriching activities that enhance residents' well-being, ensuring every event, social gathering, or therapeutic activity is tailored to their interests and needs. I hold a Master’s in Marketing Communication from Middlesex University, which has strengthened my ability to develop innovative and engaging programs that foster a strong sense of community and connection.
Beyond my corporate background, I am deeply passionate about person-centred care, ensuring that every resident feels valued, heard, and engaged. Whether organizing stimulating social events, coordinating wellness activities, or arranging personalized experiences, my goal is to bring joy and fulfilment to residents' daily lives. My approach combines creativity, empathy, and meticulous attention to detail, creating a warm and inclusive environment where everyone feels at home.
I am also committed to intergenerational and community initiatives, having previously supported children's education through creative learning projects. My love for art and craft, baking, and event planning naturally led me to pursue a role as a Lifestyle Coordinator at Sharston House, where I bring my enthusiasm for creativity and connection to enhance the daily experiences of residents.

Job Title: Head of Care
Louise has worked at Sharston House for over 15 years, since she left school.
Initially Louise worked on a part time basis at the home as a Catering Assistant, while she was still at school, as she wanted to go to college and work in the Travel Industry however, she loved working at the home so much that when she left school she decide working in care was her calling and she took on the role as a Carer worker at the home.
During her time at Sharston House Louise has been keen to learn, develop and progress in her role. She has undertaken a number of courses including, her NVQ Level 3 in Care, CHAPS and has also completed a Diploma in Health and Social Care.
Passionate about delivering quality care, she has gained a wealth of knowledge, skills and experience during her career and was delighted to become Head of Care at the home.
In her spare time she loves spending time with her 2 children, which usually involves taking them to their various activities. She also loves going on holiday and exploring new places.

Fatima has worked at Sharston House for over 8 years, initially she started as a Support Worker.
Throughout her time at Sharston House she has been eager to learn, develop and progress in her role and successfully gained her NVQ Level 2 & 3 in Care as well as completing her CHAPS training which has helped her progress to the role of Head of Care at the home.
Fatima has gained a wealth of knowledge, skills and experience during her career and is passionate about delivering person-centred care to residents.
When she is not working Fatima loves relaxing, enjoying the outdoors and spending time with her 2 children.
