Please note, the weekly fee does not include hairdressing, chiropody or other healthcare visits or

other privately arranged healthcare. Should you require an escort to hospital appointments, we may apply
an agreed hourly charge for this service.

It is devastating when an individual’s care requirements exceed our registration criteria, and it is decided by community-based mental health teams that their needs are greater than the care which can be delivered. Several meetings and discussions were held with you and your siblings providing advice, support, and signposting regarding specialist dementia nursing care, but we completely understand how stressful and difficult this situation is for all concerned. We are grateful for the positive comments received in recognition of the care, dining, housekeeping, and activity teams, who worked incredibly hard every day to support your parents during their four year stay with us. It's also very sad that more care providers do not have couples’ suites, and we hope that in the future more apartment-style accommodation will be available so that couples can remain to live together regardless of the different levels of care required.

As General Manager, and a registered nurse with over 30 years of experience and previous matron, I set exceeding high standards of nursing care. I am passionate about the delivery of high-quality care to residents and proud to lead a team of dedicated and knowledgeable professionals here at Cranford Grange. Within the health and social care sector, we strive each day to ensure that we create a culture of integrity and professionalism. My favourite part of the day is time spent with residents, either in the bistro joining them for a cup of tea or in the activities lounge, hearing how we've made a positive impact on their life, and understanding how we can continue to grow and meet their diverse needs. Whenever I have spare time, I enjoy rambling through the countryside with my family and our springer spaniel.
