Thank you for your review. We take all complaints seriously and endeavour to provide the best possible support and care for our patients.
I am sorry you only raised these issues with a member of staff on the last day of your stay with us. I would have liked the opportunity to investigate your concerns and discuss them directly with you. Our documentation does not support the comments regarding the home being dirty and your room not being cleaned during your stay. I have investigated your comments about the food being cold and have altered the way food is served on the unit. I have discussed your comments with the chef regarding the baked potato, the potatoes we use are fresh, not frozen, I apologise if this was not to your liking.
I appreciate you taking your time to review your stay with us and have used this opportunity to review our procedures and improve our standards.
