We are sorry to hear about your experience. As there were multiple internal and external health professionals involved within the direct care provided. We are more than happy to discuss the concerns with you and outline the involvements of local authorities and agencies involved in the complexity of this case, and the manager at Alston View will reach out privately to do so. Unfortunately, there are times when a person's rapid needs change and they can no longer be safely cared for in a particular setting, despite all efforts.
