My daughter has been a resident at St Andrew's for over 20 years and has always found the staff to be excellent in the care for her. The only downside is that they do not seem to have outings and holidays over the past year, last year was a lovely summer and to my knowledge, no trips out were taken
and hardly any activities within the home took place. The upside is that the home is 100% better than it was 18 months ago.

Absolutely fantastic. A very happy professional well-run home. From the first phone call, through to collecting my wife after my break, everyone from the staff, to the other residents, looked after myself and my wife. I can honestly say it’s the best family home I have had the pleasure to be involved
with. No questions left unanswered, no awkward moment’s, just honest help and support. Everyone I met knew their jobs, very impressed they should all be very proud, as they are a credit to themselves and the home, thank you.
And thank you for supporting me. I, like others, had reached the bottom, I hope you all realise that what you do has a positive effect that will last long after the respite.
A heartfelt thank you.

My brother became a resident of St Andrew's House must be about 5-6 years ago. I personally looked after my brother for about 11 years till he was admitted to hospital, it then became obvious I could no longer able to care for him.
Thank goodness for St Andrew's House, he has now got a new life.
He
has never been happier. Such lovely staff.

At first, I was unsure about St Andrew's after reading some reviews but because it's local to me, I came to have a look and was really happy with what I saw in terms of how happy the residents were.
Since my wife moved here, she settled in really quickly and is really happy and smiling all the time.
All the residents and staff are amazing and are very attentive to my wife, myself and my family. We are made to feel extremely welcome.
Good job.

Thank you Kevan. You and your family have become part of ours, as has your wife. We are really happy with how things are going, and with the gradual relationship we are building with her and the rest of her family.

Although only in St Andrew's for a short while, the care she was given was excellent.

Thank you for your kind words. It was a privilege to care for such a delightful lady and to be able to help her amazingly loving family in her last few days.

My mother came to St Andrew's House for 'end of life' care. I have only the highest praise for this home and the care she received. The management could not have been more helpful and supportive, providing the nursing care my mother needed and in supporting her extensive family at a very sad and stressful
time. It felt like a 'home from home' The nurses and care staff were professional and treated everyone with dignity and respect. It felt like a safe harbour and a fitting place for our mother to die. We cannot thank them enough.

Thank you, it was a great pleasure to meet your mother and see her rally for a while with all of you. It was an honour to take care of her in her last few days.

Very clean, pleasant and an extremely friendly home, all residents and staff helpful and welcoming. No matter how busy, they always had time to bring a cup of tea and biscuits up to the room. All the family are very happy with the care and respect which all staff and residents bestowed on our dearly
loved mother, mother-in-law, grandma and great-grandma.
