It is my understanding that the home had brought up concerns with yourself several times regarding your mother's changing levels of care needed and as a result the difficult decision to seek alternative accommodation was made. I would like to assure you that we take our responsibility for the care of our residents very seriously and whilst we will always do our best to accommodate changing needs, occasionally the care required means for the safety of staff and resident alternative residence needs to be found. I fully appreciate the difficulties of this decision and I was aware that you had raised concerns with the home during your relative's stay and these were resolved at the time.
