We have looked into the issues raised in the review and believe that all the staff took time to discuss all issues raised in a calm and caring manner. We realise how difficult it is for families and friends when they have to make the difficult decision to move a loved one into a care home, particularly when they have been caring for them at home for so long. Rachael is the Home Manager at Swansea Terrace with several years of care experience. Her main interest and experience are in managing successful care homes housing elderly and frail Residents. Rachael is very experienced in care home management and is committed to providing a high–quality service.
