Thank you for your feedback regarding your experience at Willowbank. We sincerely apologise for any concerns or issues you encountered during your mother's stay. A safeguarding alert was investigated and closed. External NHS dieticians addressed the weight loss, and your mother was discharged from the team. This was discussed in a meeting with the manager. Our electronic care system ensures accurate records weights are inputted and cannot be altered for auditing and accountability purposes. We tried contacting the hospital and your family for updates but received no response. Once a resident is discharged, the room is reoccupied. Please be assured that we take your feedback seriously and are committed to making improvements based on your input. Once again, we are very sorry that you feel the experience did not meet your expectations. We invite you to contact us directly, as we would appreciate the opportunity to again address your concerns in a more private and personalised manner.

I first came to Willowbank in 2022 as a bank nurse and thoroughly enjoyed the role, so much so that I was offered the role of Manager which I have been undertaking since August 2022 and I am currently completing a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care
